Availability of services

TransIP ensures that your services are available. Occasionally this might not be the case.
In this arrangement, we will explain what you are entitled to should your services have been unavailable.​

Status is being retrieved

VPS (Virtual Private Server)

TransIP guarantees an uptime of 99.99% per month for VPS. So we warrant that you won’t experience downtime longer than 4.5 minutes per month. If your VPS was unavailable for a longer period of time, you are entitled to compensation. Compensation can be applied for via the control panel and will be deducted from the next invoice.

You can calculate the amount of compensation via the formula to the right. The maximum compensation will not exceed the monthly price of your VPS.

Other services

We do not give a direct uptime guarantee for any other services. But you can claim compensation when your service is unavailable for more than two hours. If you are entitled to compensation, you can send us a message via your control panel.
