Our specialists are not able to access your services directly and therefore will not configure these for you.

If you are not a TransIP customer and you would like to inquire about our services, please leave a message at and you will receive a response on that same day.

Monday to Friday

On weekdays our specialists are standing by between 8:00am - 00:00am.

On December 24 and 31 we have adjusted opening hours. Our Supporters are ready to help you until 10 pm CET.

Saturday, Sunday, and holidays

In the weekends and on holidays our specialists are standing by between 11:00am - 7:00pm.
