It may take approximately 24 hours before your DNS change is implemented. This has to do with, for example, caching on the nameservers of your provider.
If you run the command dig DOMAIN. ns0.transip.nl in UNIX, after about ten minutes you will notice that the change is implemented. For more information, please contact our Support department via the button 'Contact' in your control panel.
